7. Gunung Gading National Park
Gazetted as a National Park in 1983, the Gunung Gading National Park is one of the best places in Asia to view the world’s largest flower, the Rafflesia. The park planners have enforced strict measures such as a carefully laid plank walk, allowing visitors to view the Rafflesia without damaging the buds that grow all over the forest floor.

8. Tanjung Datu National Park
This park is one of the smallest national parks in Sarawak, but it may be the most beautiful. Home to pristine beaches, lush rainforests and amazing wildlife, seclusion is the key to the beauty of Tanjung Datu National Park.
The park offers four hiking trails varying in difficulty. As an important conservation area for protected species, wildlife sightings are common along these paths. 9. Jangkar Waterfall
Located at an hour’s hike away from Kampung Jantan, along Biawak Road in Lundu is Jangkar Waterfall, the highest waterfall in Western Sarawak.
